Open Journey To VaikunthaClose and reopen the app, check that the device has free storage, and try the action once more. Online backup and sign-in need an internet connection, but local practice tools remain available offline.
Check the internet connection and make sure the sign-in process returns to the same app and device where it began. Your local practice remains on the device even when online backup is unavailable.
Include the app version, device model, operating-system version, and the steps that led to the problem. Remove personal information from screenshots and never send passwords, tokens, backup files, or signing keys.
Practice history, preferences, notes, primary practice data, badges, and devotional activity are stored on the device by default. Journey To Vaikuntha has no advertising or behavioral analytics.
An account is not required. When you choose online backup, account and practice information is sent to Supabase so it can be restored and combined across signed-in devices.
Journey To Vaikuntha does not sell personal information. Information leaves the app only when you enable online backup, export or share something, open an outside service, or send a support request.
Deleting an account removes its sign-in and online data. Information saved separately on a device remains there until you clear it or remove the app. A pending request can be cancelled from Account & Sync.
